2-factor authentication is a verification process that helps us ensure only those who are authorised, are accessing your 1form account, even if someone else knows your password.
We’re introducing this extra layer of security to prevent unauthorised access to your account and to further protect the private information that tenants share with 1form and your agency.
As a result, we cannot disable 2-factor authentication. The codes are sent via SMS instead of email in the event there has been unauthorised access to your email account.
To minimise the impact on agencies that share a login, we recommend that each user in an office creates their own 1form login.
We can then link each login to the agency platform so that each login in your office can view all the applications that have been submitted for your rental listings.
Follow the below to get started with creating separate logins for your agency
- All users who access 1form in your agency that do not have a property manager login can sign up here.
- Send an email to customercare@realestate.com.au to link the new 1form accounts to your agency’s platform. If you want each individual login to be able to view the same applications, let the team know so they can group these emails together.
