There are two main reasons why you are unable to view your report after clicking the link in the realestate.com.au Tenant Verification email:
- The browser version you are using is not supported

- You are signed in to the wrong 1form account
The Tenant Verification report is only viewable in the account where the report was purchased.
For instance, when completing a joint application, the report is only available in the 1form account that was signed in when the purchase was made. Please refer to the person who was signed in when the report was purchased to get access.
To check which 1form account you are signed in to, select Profile from the top toolbar. If using our mobile site, you can access your profile by tapping on the 3 menu bars on the top left.
