Note: All tenants will have the option to purchase a Tenant Verification report. Property managers will not be able to customise their applications to remove this feature for tenants.
Where can I find the Tenant Verification report in a rental application?
You will find the Tenant Verification report in the IDs & Docs tab of an application.
A green "VERIFIED" label also appears under the applicant's name in the Application Management System when a tenant has attached a verification document. Please note, the "VERIFIED" label appears if the tenant uploads a document of their choice under the realestate.com.au Tenant Verification option in the ID & Docs section.
