A 1form platform groups all the email addresses in your agency that may receive a rental application. A platform can be customised so each user can view any applications that are sent to an email on that platform. In addition to this, using a platform places your agency’s branding on applications.
If you have rebranded, you may want to amend the following in your 1form platform:
- Company or office name
- Your website
- Office address
- Terms and conditions
- Utility provider
- Property manager email addresses
Please note that a property manager email address cannot be changed. When rebranding involves new email addresses, we recommend you create a login for each new email address and advise us of the new emails to add to your platform.
We can then customise your platform so you can view applications sent to your previous email(s) with your new login(s).
