100 Points of Identification
50 points*- Primary/Photo ID
(E.g. Drivers Licence, Passport, Keypass, Proof Of Age)
30 points - Secondary ID
(E.g. Birth Certificate, Student Card, Medicare Card, Health Care Card, Vehicle Registration)
30 points - Rental History/Proof of Address
(E.g. Rental Receipts, Signed Lease, Utility Bill, Bank Statements, Rental Reference)
20 points - Employment/Proof of Income
(E.g. Payslips, Letter of Employment, Employment Reference)
By default, it is not mandatory for tenants to upload copies of their identification to submit their application. Submit a request if you would like to make this mandatory for applications that you receive.

Note: As a security measure, we delete copies of ID and other documents that tenants have supplied with their application to your agency if they have not logged in to their account for a period of 60 days or more. As a result, we do not recommend that you use 1form as a platform to store documents for tenants who are on your rent roll.
