Logged in under the wrong account
When a renter applies for your property, we send an email telling you where the application was sent. To view the application, you need to sign in with either this email or another email that is linked to the email in the 1form application notification. Please contact us if you would like to link emails or if you want this one application forwarded to your own 1form login.
Previous search refinements
You can search for applications in the search box on the left of your page. Previous searches do not always clear when you exit 1form, therefore upon returning, you may only see applications relevant to a previous search. To clear your search refinements, click on either “search…” or the magnify glass on the left side followed by “Clear (-)”.
You can search again for the missing application by entering some refinements or sorting through the 1form folders that appear beneath search. All new applications go to “Inbox” and can be moved to either “Pending”, “Approved”, “Declined” or “Deleted”. Applications only move to the “Withdrawn” folder when the renter has withdrawn the application on their end.
Renter has cancelled their application
An application may also not be viewable if a renter has cancelled their 1form account. Due to privacy reasons, we are unable to confirm whether a renter has an active account with us.
If you are still in touch with the renter, ask them to resubmit the application. Confirm the correct email address they should be applying to. If they reach 1form via another website, such as realestate.com.au, check that the email address associated with the listing on this website is correct.
To ensure 1form’s ongoing convenience for you and your renters, we keep each renter’s profile, applications and attachments for at least twelve months so that renters don’t need to re-register with 1form at the end of their lease when they’re ready to move.
We believe it is important for 1form to remain current, accurate and efficient and we also understand that renters who are currently in the market are the most important renters to you. This is why we will be removing any renters’ profiles, applications and attachments from 1form if they have become inactive over a long period of time or if they have specifically asked for it to be removed.
