- Log in to 1form.
- Applications are filed on the left side of the page under the search box. Right click on the application you would like to approve/decline and select one of these relevant options:
- Move to Approved
- Move to Declined
- Approve and Email
- Decline and Email
Note: To decline multiple applications, check the box on the top left of each application that you want to decline. Then right click on one of the applications and select either Move to Declined or Decline and Email.
Approve and decline email templates
Selecting either Approve and Email or Decline and Email will move the application to the respective folder and also send an email to the renter advising of the outcome. You can view or edit this email template as follows:
- Log in to 1form.
- Click on MY ACCOUNT on the top of the page.
- Six tabs will load. Click on the third tab, Email Templates.
- Click on Successful to view or edit the email sent when an application is approved. Click on Unsuccessful to view or edit the email sent when an application is declined.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page if any changes are made.
