A property manager email address cannot be changed, however, we can apply a redirection so applications from one email automatically go to another email address. We can only do this for emails within the same agency.
We also recommend you update your email address on any other websites you receive 1form applications through.
If you have moved agencies, you will need to create an account with your new email address. Property managers can sign up here.
Please confirm if your new agency would like you to be added to their platform. This means applications sent to you will contain the agency logo as well as any customisations the agency may have in place. You can contact us here to be added to your agency’s platform.
