The most common reason that emails are not received is due to aggressive spam filters on email servers. If you are a tenant, check your spam or junk mail folder for your 1form email notification and select "this is not junk" to add our address to your safe list. We also recommend adding email@example.com as an email contact.
If you have checked your spam or junk folder and you still did not receive an email notification in these folders, the reason could be that you may not have an active account with us. To check whether you still have an active account with us, try signing up as a tenant.
