There are a number of common response templates saved in your 1form platform. You have a 1form platform if your applications come to you with your company logo on them.
Contact us to set up a platform, otherwise follow the steps below to access and edit the templates:
- Sign into 1form
- Click on “My Account” on the top of your page
- Under “Application Management System” click the “Email Templates” tab
- Select the email type such as successful or inspection request
- If you edit the template, ensure you press save
