- Select Forward to Agent from the dropdown menu
- Enter the property manager’s email address
- Click Forward Now!
Note: If the property manager that you are forwarding the application to has not accessed 1form previously, they need to complete the verification process in order to view the application.
Application went to the wrong email address
- Application notifications are sent to the email address attached to your online rental advertisements or to the email address that the tenant manually enters when they are applying for a property.
- When a 1form application is sent to the wrong email login, you can forward the application to the correct property manager following the process above.
If you do not have access to the 1form account that the application was sent to, you can complete the verification process for that account to gain access, otherwise the 1form team can:
- Resend the application to another 1form login in your office on your behalf, or
- Group the email you use to access 1form with the email address that the application was sent to. This means that you can view any application that may go to this email address in the future.
