If you can't log in to your 1form account, you may need to reset your password.
Tenants can reset their password here. Passwords must be 10 or more characters and contain at least one number and one letter.
- To check whether you still have an active account with us, try signing up as a tenant.
- If you have confirmed that your account is still active and you are not receiving the password reset email after a few minutes, add email@example.com as an email contact and then request the password reset again. Ensure you check your junk, spam and/or clutter folders as well.
Note: We keep each tenant profile, applications and attachments for at least 12 months. In order for 1form to remain current, accurate and efficient, we remove any tenant profiles, applications and attachments from 1form if they have become inactive over a long period of time or if you specifically ask for an application to be removed.
