If you are not able to get past a section in your 1form application, try the following actions:
- Complete all mandatory fields in the application. If you attempt to move to the next step without completing a mandatory field, the section will change to red, prompting you to provide a response.
- Double-check your application and make sure that no fields have generated an error.
- If you cannot get past a section that is asking for the property manager's email address, you can search the agency’s website to find their details or you can contact them directly.
- Clear all the fields in the current section and re-enter your details.
